What things mean
- Days left
- What you can still ask for this year: your allowance less everything taken, booked, closed and pending.
- Allowance
- Your policy's days for a full-time year, reduced if you work fewer days a week or join or leave part way through, plus any days carried over or added by an administrator. Choose the figure on My leave to see how yours is made up.
- Taken
- Approved leave on days that have already gone.
- Booked
- Approved leave still to come.
- Pending
- Requested and waiting for a decision. Pending days are held back from what you can ask for, so you cannot request the same days twice over.
- Office closed
- Days the whole office shuts, such as between Christmas and New Year. They come off everyone's allowance by themselves, so nobody books them.
- Policy
- The rules a group of people are on: their allowance, whether bank holidays are on top or included, and how many days carry over. Everyone not named on another policy is on the default.
- Carry over
- Unused days that move into next year on 1 January, up to your policy's limit. Anything above that is lost.
- Away
- What you see instead of the type for sickness, compassionate, unpaid and other leave, unless you are the person, their line manager, covering for them, or an administrator.
- Cover
- Someone who approves for a manager while they are away. It is set in Green Nation ID.
- Morning, Afternoon
- Half days. Morning means you are off until lunch; Afternoon means you are off from lunch.
